We have three objectives for our first meeting: to get to know a little about you, learn what you want from a home, and tell you a bit about us.
Before we meet we’ll send you an agenda so that you will know what to expect; it will also help you frame the questions you want to cover.
Once we determine if we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule our next meeting to discuss in detail how we work and what your expectations should be. At that point we can sign a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) to get things underway

Now we can get to the meat and potatoes of the project.
We will use plans you already have—or develop new plans with an architect of your choice—to create a preliminary budget and specifications. At this time, changes can be made easily so that your home will be built to your expectations and within your budget.
You’ve heard that two heads are better than one? At DiSipio Building Group, we dedicate three heads to your project.
Each brother has a complementary set of capabilities, and we bring them together. It is the DiSipio way of delivering outstanding quality by combining each brother’s talent, experience and insights to build a home you will love.

After final plans and specifications are completed, we produce a working budget and schedule that will, in turn, be used to create a scope of work for all subcontractors.
This does two things: it ensures you get what you want, and it establishes what we expect from subcontractors when they are on-site, doing their job.
In addition, we’ll give you a schedule of when we need to know what materials and finishes you’ve selected. This ensures that everything is ordered, delivered and ready for installation in the right sequence so that unnecessary delays are avoided.
Also, we will give you a list of reputable suppliers who can help you select the best materials within the parameters of your budget.
Once you have approved all of the final pricing, we will put together a detailed contract for the work to be completed, which contains all of the information necessary to build your home.

Now that all of the boring stuff is done, let’s get started.
We will meet you at the site before breaking ground to explain what to expect and answer any questions you might have.
You’ll notice that—throughout the process—the lines of communication will be humming. We will meet regularly at the site, talk on the phone and communicate via your personal project website to minimize oversights, address your concerns and keep you up-to-date.
Our goal is to build a lasting relationship with you. The only way to do this is through communication. It is an essential part of a successful project.

When we joined our Dad in the business, the first thing he taught us was that customer service is everything.
He called the first few weeks after you take occupancy “breaking in the house.” This is when the house is actually lived in and all of the systems are on line—and this is when any issues will show up. Be assured that we will take care of them in a timely manner.
We will check in with you regularly to make sure everything is going well, but we also want you to feel free to contact us at any time.
We’ll give you a Homeowner’s Manual that outlines what needs to be done in order to get the best out of your home for years to come. If you don’t have time to perform routine maintenance, let us know—we can provide those services for you.
